Saturday, August 28, 2021, 10am March and 11am Festival

Each year First Church has represented our Open and Affirming commitment at Akron’s Equity March and Pride Festival through sponsorship and active participation.

You are invited to join us in the Equity March and to volunteer in the First Church booth for an hour or two as together, we represent God’s love and welcome to all. Please contact the Membership Board Chairperson Toby Liechty-Clifford, tmcliff1966@gmail.com, to sign up.

The Pride Festival will be located at Lock 3 in downtown Akron this year on August 28 and will begin with an Equity March at 10am (meet up location TBA).
