First Church prayer blankets are handmade each month and given to people who are in need
of prayerful support in their lives. They provide comfort and peace for people of all ages who are sick, hospitalized, and grieving, as well as for people celebrating life with newborn babies, or recovery, or who just need the comfort of a prayer blanket.
The blankets are tangible reminders that God’s love surround them. Each blanket is prayed over and blessed 
by our ministers and congregation. This powerful ministry touches lives with comfort, healing, peace and joy, and is a reminder that they are not alone. We welcome your participation in
